PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information you provide to us via the Talent Profile will be held strictly confidential. Flexperience® will not sell, trade, give away, or share your personal information with anyone, unless legally required to do so as part of a law enforcement investigation or at the behest of other authorized government officials. The submission of all information online, including your resume, is entirely voluntary. If you decide to provide us with your personal information through the website such information will be used for the purpose of understanding your professional background as it pertains to a possible placement with one of our clients. By giving Flexperience® your most current information, you provide us with a means by which we can most accurately search through our database and create the best match between our talent and our clients. Furthermore, it provides a way for us to communicate with you throughout the placement process. Please note that by submitting your information online through the Talent Profile, you are consenting to the release of such personal information to our client once you become a candidate for employment, irrespective of whether or not you obtain such employment.
Once you apply online, you will be given a unique login name and password that will provide you with access to your own information at all times. Password-protected access to your own personal file will allow you to make changes to your profile, update your resume, and add additional information. Your personal information can be changed and updated at any time by logging onto our website, clicking on Talent Login, and selecting the “Update Profile” tab once inside your personal profile.
SECURITY INFORMATION
All information you submit online is protected by a SSL encryption provided by our database provider along with SSL encryption and firewall protection provided by our web host provider.
Once you apply online, you will be given a unique login name (user id) and password, thereby providing access only to you, our authorized employees, and our database administrator.
EMAIL OPTIONS
In most cases, Flexperience® will use email as the means by which to communicate with you about potential client placements. This tends to be the most effective and reliable way for us to contact you. In the event you prefer to be contacted by home phone, fax, or cell, you can select your preferred method of communication by selecting the appropriate box on your profile page. This selection can be changed at any time by visiting our website and logging in to your profile.
You will also receive our newsletter and certain information about upcoming events via email. If you do not wish to be included in our distribution list, please send an email to unsubscribe@FlexperienceConsulting.com with the subject field “Unsubscribe” or go online and check the appropriate box to make the change in your Talent Profile.
Whenever you submit any information online or update your profile, our server will automatically send you a confirmation email to let you know that we received your information.
